How our Employers Support Scheme Works
We offer three levels of support, Bronze Support, Silver Support and Gold Support. After discussion with us, you can choose the Employers Support Scheme package that best suits your business.
You will be further supported by a Ware & Kay drafted Employer Handbook and Process Checklists to ensure your policies are up to date and workable, together with regular emails and invitations to training events aimed at updating you on any developments in the law which will affect your business.
Bronze
This is the essential foundation level of support for businesses and employers who typically do not have a large work force. Work would include mainly day to day issues involving managing sickness absence, and disciplinary and grievance procedures.
Silver
This is for businesses requiring advice on more complex matters such as performance and capability issues, disability and reasonable adjustments, family friendly policies and flexible work requests.
Gold
This is the complete HR package, and the most comprehensive support for businesses needing advice across all areas of employment law apart from Tribunal Representation.
Fixed Fee HR Health Check
Not sure which Support level is right for you?
As a first stage we offer a fixed £250.00 fee health check of your current policies, employee contracts and practices. This will include discussing how many employees you currently have, how many different types of contracts you have created for your employees and where you envisage you may have future problems. We will help you identify areas of improvement and vulnerabilities.
Following the health check, if you would like to join our scheme, your health check fee will be refunded. If your need for advice increases, or decreases, you have the ultimate flexibility to move to which scheme you suits you best at any point of your scheme.
