We are committed to avoiding discrimination in our dealings with clients, members, employees and all other third parties that have dealings with the firm and to promoting diversity in our professional activities.
Everyone at the firm is expected and required to treat all others equally and with the same attention, courtesy and respect regardless of their:
- race or racial group (including colour, nationality and ethnic or national origins)
- sex (including marital status, gender reassignment, pregnancy, maternity and paternity)
- sexual orientation (including civil partnership status)
- religion or belief
- age
- disability
Organisations regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority are required to collect, report and publish data on the diversity characteristics of their workforce on a biennial basis. An anonymous survey of our employees is conducted to produce this information. We do not publish any information which we believe is sensitive or can identify an individual and all information is subject to data protection compliance.
The information shown below are the results of our survey taken in June 2023. Participation is not compulsory and therefore this information is representative only of the employees who did respond.
