The ideal candidate:
We are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor who wants to develop their career, to lead on cases, develop and take on good quality client relationships. Regular use of a car will be an advantage.
- 3 years + PQE of relevant experience
- Residential conveyancing experience
- Manage your own caseload, including sales, purchases, transfers and re-mortgages of residential leasehold and freehold property (registered, unregistered, new builds)
- Carry out lease extensions and auction transactions
- Business development skills
- IT literate with an understanding and willingness to pioneer and embrace system development to build efficiencies
- Provide support and supervision to colleagues in the team
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact with clients, agents and work colleagues in a friendly and approachable manner
- Managing own caseload through effective use of case management system
