The Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and promising individual eager to gain experience in a legal office or expand upon their existing experience. The residential property assistant will be responsible for a wide range of duties. These will include providing comprehensive secretarial support to fee earners, managing diaries, and communicating with clients.
- Generating correspondence and documents using digital dictation and word processing.
- Managing filing
- Handling clients' files from opening to storage and retrieval.
- Preparing mail and enclosures for dispatch.
- Scheduling appointments, organising meetings, and maintaining an updated diary for the fee earner.
- Assisting other secretaries as needed.
- Interacting with clients in person and over the phone in a professional and friendly manner, in line with the Firm's client care standards.
- Ensuring the confidentiality of all the Firm's and clients' documentation and information.
- Providing cover for team members during sickness or other absences.
- Contributing as a team member within the department.
