The Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and promising individual eager to gain experience in a legal office or expand upon their existing experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of duties. These will include liaising with fee earners, support staff and admin team as required, offer ongoing support to clients throughout the onboarding process and addressing any concerns or queries they may have.
Main Duties:
- Assisting with regulatory and compliance admin such as ID checks, source of wealth/funds and collecting Terms of Business for the firm.
- File opening within our case management system.
- Bankruptcy searches for beneficiaries.
- Creating matter contacts, including beneficiaries, executors and attorneys in our case management system.
- Sending out and receiving signed terms of business
- Sending out and receiving standard conveyancing questionnaires
- Sending out and receiving property information forms
A basic understanding of AML regulations would be beneficial but is not necessary. Training will be provided to enhance your understanding of the role.
