Gemma Foster

Background

Gemma is a solicitor within the Commercial Property department at our office in York. Prior to Gemma joining Ware and Kay in 2021, Gemma worked for over 13 years at a large regional law firm located across Hull and the East Coast.

Having worked within the commercial property industry since qualification in 2010, Gemma can offer a range of experience in all aspects of Commercial Property transactions, including acquisitions and disposals of commercial freehold and leasehold property, commercial leases for landlord and tenant, secured commercial lending and development land acquisitions.

Outside of work, Gemma enjoys spending time with family and friends, eating out and has a passion for dance, music and theatre.
