Tadcaster Albion's match against Albion Sport was a hard game but it ground out a result. The team went down to 10 men and then Albion Sport scored 1-0 down. There was a rapid two-goal blast in the last 10 minutes, both penalties and with both decisive points bagged by midfielder Liam Ormsby who is the son of former Pro Footballer Brendan Ormsby Leeds and Aston Villa Legend.
Tadcaster Albion Chairman Matt Gore said: "We were delighted to welcome Ware & Kay to the game on Saturday. We've had great support from the company since i2i Sports took over at Tadcaster Albion, and it is very much appreciated.
"Last time Ware & Kay sponsored us, we came out winners in a 4-3 thriller, and this time it was another exciting affair with the winning goal coming in stoppage time.
"We hope everyone enjoyed both the game and the hospitality, and we hope you'll all come back in the future to cheer on The Brewers' bid for promotion."
David Hyams, Director for Ware & Kay who chose Liam Ormsby as the man of match said "We were thrilled to accept the opportunity to sponsor Tadcaster Albion and had a great afternoon coupled with the brilliant outcome for the club. The team certainly triumphed in the last 10 minutes with those 2 decisive point-seizing penalties. We certainly wish the team and the rest of the club every success in the future and will be following their progress closely."
