As uncertainty mounts about Coronavirus in the UK, we wish to reassure all of our clients and contacts that it is business as usual. We have robust plans in place to minimise any disruption and will continue to operate as normal whilst also protecting our clients, our staff and the wider community.
We are committed to supporting our clients and contacts throughout this period whilst monitoring updates and following Government advice. We have drawn up plans that will enable us to continue serving our clients and contacts including equipping our staff for home-working.
All our clients will be able to maintain contact with our staff via telephone and email however, we have decided for everyone’s protection that we are unable to make client appointments at any of our offices from Thursday 19th March. We will however, establish areas at our offices for safe exchange and signing of documents. Our priority at this time is to communicate with you as effectively as possible with the minimum of disruption.
We do not currently foresee any impact on the continuity of our service but should the situation change we will notify you immediately. Although we believe the actions we have put in place are appropriate for the current levels of risk, they are under constant review.
We look forward to working with you as normal and should you have any questions, please get in touch with us or call our York, Wetherby and Malton offices on 01904 716000 (York), 01937 583210 (Wetherby), 01653 692247 (Malton) or email E-law@warekay.co.uk.
